Why Basement
Waterproofing Matters
For most homeowners, water in the basement is a more serious issue than a wet crawl space. That’s because there’s more to lose in the basement. Photos, furniture, and electronics are all at risk when moisture invades.
Repairing moisture issues early is the key to avoiding property damage and expensive structural and cosmetic problems. Our team can identify the source of your basement leak and deliver the right solution for long-lasting protection.
In many homes, the basement is where life happens – games, movies, naps, you name it. Moisture, musty odors, and mold take it all away fast. That’s why you call us.

The Ultimate Basement Waterproofing System
If you’re having water or moisture issues in your basement, we recommend our Basement Panel System.
Four steps provide you with a permanent solution and a dry basement to enjoy.

Step 1: We Install a Perimeter Drain
First, we install a drain along the basement perimeter to collect water and direct it away from your home. Our team removes a narrow strip of concrete to dig a trench, then places a drain pipe inside and covers it with stone.

Step 2: We Place Panels on the Walls
We then attach an antimicrobial panel to the basement walls. As moisture seeps through the wall, the panel collects it and channels it into the drain below. Because it’s made from an inorganic material, the panel won’t support mold or mildew growth.

Step 3: We Place Concrete to Cover the Drain
New concrete is poured over the drain system to restore the basement floor to its original surface. This creates a cleaner, more finished look than leaving the drain exposed, especially in basements that are already finished.

Step 4: We Install the Sump Pump & Basin
A sump pump is connected to the drainage system to collect the water it captures. When the water reaches a set level, the pump automatically discharges it outside, keeping your basement dry and your mind clear.
