Will Dancy

Will Dancy brings six years of waterproofing and foundation repair experience to his role as a Certified Field Inspector at Moisture Loc. He works closely with homeowners to understand their concerns, thoroughly inspect their foundations and crawl spaces, and design permanent solutions for moisture, waterproofing, and structural issues.

Will specializes in crawl space and structural repairs, with extensive knowledge of current building codes and engineer-backed solutions. He values Moisture Loc’s commitment to integrity and doing the right thing, and he enjoys helping homeowners go from uncertainty to confidence in their homes.

Outside of work, Will spends time with his wife, Lindsay, and their dog, Moose. A former Division I football player at East Carolina University, he’s also a proud ECU Pirate and member of the letterwinners alumni club.
