He recommended the encapsulation and gave me competitive pricing on a turn key install. Omar and his crew worked for 5 long days leveling the dirt, installing a French drain, sump pump and carefully installing the vapor barrier and dehumidifier. They arrived early every morning and cleaned up after themselves daily. What an amazing crew. Moisture Loc is the way to go! Mark Bogel came out, did a complete inspection of our home then made the recommendation for full encapsulation. His installation team did a fantastic job and could not hardly tell they were even there. Want to reduce your power bill, basically eliminate insects and walk on warm floors? Then call Moisture Loc. Moisture Loc provided the best value of the three estimates I had for my crawl space issue. The Rep presented a solution that was not overkill (as other the estimates) and addressed the unique problem causing the foundation breech. A sump pit, french drain, encapulation and a dehumidifier were installed to resolve all the issues before damage from mildew was too severe and has maintained optimal humiditity since (over 18 months). Awesome Job!
