With a focus on safety, teamwork, and quality, Brian Hernandez Gutierrez helps keep Moisture Loc New Construction projects running smoothly in his role as Field Supervisor. Though he’s relatively new to the waterproofing industry, he’s quick to jump in and loves to learn.

Brian supports crews by making sure everyone is working well together, following company standards, and maintaining a safe work environment. He also helps with job paperwork so completed work is invoiced accurately, assists with dispatching when needed, and helps organize schedules—staying on top of details through regular site visits and clear communication.

Brian was drawn to Moisture Loc for the opportunity to grow in a supportive, team-oriented environment where people take pride in doing the right thing. Integrity and honesty guide how he shows up every day—being transparent, doing what’s right even when no one is watching, and making sure each job is completed properly and ethically. For Brian, the most rewarding part of the work is giving homeowners long-term protection for their homes.

Outside of work, Brian enjoys playing soccer, hitting the gym, and always learning something new—whether he’s reading up on stocks or building new skills. Fun fact: when he has free time, he loves working on cars.
