For the past 11 years, Jesus “Chuy” Torres has been a cornerstone of Moisture Loc, managing and overseeing waterproofing crews on both residential and commercial projects. With extensive experience in retro, new residential construction, and commercial waterproofing, he ensures that every job is executed with precision and efficiency.

Chuy is OSHA certified in mold prevention and remediation and brings a strong set of skills to the table, including bilingual communication, time management, organizational expertise, and workflow optimization. His passion lies in helping builders and homeowners protect one of the most critical aspects of their property—the foundation.

He chose Moisture Loc because of its strong reputation and family-oriented values, which align with his own personal and professional integrity. For Chuy, the most rewarding part of his job is knowing he’s helping customers safeguard one of their most important lifetime investments.
