James Hageman

As Retro Production Manager, James Hageman is the driving force behind smooth installations, ensuring quality assurance, removing roadblocks for crews, and answering any customer questions along the way. Though he’s only been with the company for a short time, his 7+ years in the waterproofing and structural repair industry and General Contractor license (Building Classification) make him an invaluable asset.

James is passionate about helping people protect and restore their homes, which is what drew him to Moisture Loc. With a culture and reputation that impressed him, along with glowing recommendations from people he trusts, he knew this was the right place for him to grow personally and professionally. Integrity and honesty are core to both his work and personal life—he takes pride in every project, standing behind the work he does with confidence.

For James, the most rewarding part of the job is solving problems and creating a positive experience for homeowners. Knowing he’s helped someone feel safer in their home is what drives him every day.
