In 1964, Bill Doggett established Doggett Concrete which specializes in residential and commercial concrete construction. His son, Doug Doggett took over the family business in 1988 and created Moisture Loc. Since then, Moisture Loc has evolved into the largest residential waterproofing company in the Carolinas. In addition to Doggett Concrete and Moisture Loc, Doug Doggett has further made life easier for builders with the creation of Concrete Materials Placement, specializing in concrete pumping projects, and materials placement trucks. Residential and Commercial builders and Homeowners have a local friend in the industry they can turn to no matter how large or small the project.

Very rarely am I blown away with company performances as I was with Moisture Loc. We recently purchased a home only to find standing water weeks later in the crawl space.
