Noticing sunken concrete along your slab, driveway, sidewalk, walkway, concrete steps or patio? These issues are not only unattractive, but are also safety & tripping hazards. Sinking concrete is a result of weak soil, erosion underneath the concrete, or even from tree root growth. Sometimes, settling concrete is also a bigger foundation issue if it takes place along the slab of your foundation. Luckily, Moisture Loc has the solution to repair your sunken concrete with our concrete leveling and lifting services.

We use mudjacking techniques to level and lift settled or sunken sections of concrete slabs, driveways, sidewalks, etc.  This type of repair is also often referred to as pressure grouting, slab jacking,  or slab lifting. Our concrete repair experts will provide a permanent solution to lift the concrete back into place and repair these potential hazards. Contact us today for a free consultation. Mudjacking To Level Sunken Concrete

Mudjacking, also known as pressure grouting, restores settling concrete to a more level condition. This technique is used to repair sinking concrete slabs, driveways and sidewalks. To repair a sinking slab, our expert installers drill small holes in the uneven concrete slab and inject a special cement grout into the sunken portions.

The grout expands and fills any gaps between the soil and the concrete. Once the gaps are filled, the chemical expansion slowly raises the slab until the desired level is reached. When leveling is complete, we remove any debris and seal up the injection holes.

Benefits of Mudjacking for Concrete Leveling and Lifting

  • Permanent Solution – the high pressure injection of the grout compacts the soil beneath the slab, sidewalk, or driveway and prevents it from sinking in the future.

  • Saves Time & Money – the sunken concrete does not need to be torn up and completely replaced
